Program Description:
Jump start your health and develop positive, healthier habits in this personalized, intensive program. You and your coach will take a deep dive into your current nutrition, exercise and movement patterns. Together, you will develop strategies to integrate healthy habit shifts that work for you and your life.
INCLUDES:
- Two pre-session meetings with your coach as follows: 1) Goal setting and 2) Assessment
- You will keep a 3 day food journal prior to start of program, which you and your coach will review
- Weekly 1 Hour Personal Training Sessions (Outdoors/Zoom)
- Weekly ½ Hour Accountability Session (Zoom)
- Email Copy of Each Weekly Workout (for future use)
- Daily access to your Coach (Text)
- Final “Way Forward” Session (Zoom)
