Program Includes:
2 in-person 90 min small group training sessions/week
goal setting coaching session (30 mins)
exercise and reading assignments aligned with your goals
2 guided trail hikes/runs
Program end planning
Graduation Day - Obstacle Course & Celebration!
ALL SESSIONS ARE OUTDOORS.
Sessions are held in/around Westchester County, NY.
We do not cancel for inclement weather. Dealing with the element of weather is part of the program.
