(6-minute plank option available - just double the time each day!)
Plank is a powerful core exercise that literally helps you build strength from the inside out.
You will find that it’s very much a mind-body experience, and practicing your plank daily will strengthen both.
In 3 weeks’ time, you will work up to doing a 3-minute plank hold.
This challenge is open to all ages and all fitness levels- beginners are especially welcome!
