21 DAYS TO 50 PUSH-UP CHALLENGE

Push-ups are a great exercise that builds upper body strength.

Pushing is a functional movement, i.e. - pushing yourself up off the floor, pushing carts/carriages, or pushing a door closed.

In 3 weeks’ time, you will work up to doing 50 push-ups.

You will feel strong, capable, and empowered.

This challenge is open to all ages and all fitness levels- beginners are especially welcome!

(Oh, and you will tone your triceps, pectoral muscles, and shoulders)
